"It is August 3, 1952.  My last record was 2 months ago.  For the record I am not neglecting my duties, I am going much further.  I have re-examined main key individuals, partly for myself and partly for my patients.  Notable reevaluations concern those that I put on Amoxapine.  In my previous record, I had recorded four of my patients as exhibiting a common factor.  I have contracted that to two members, Richard Alton and Claudius Staephon.  I must remark about the two I've left out before I go on about Mr. Alton and Mr. Staephon."
